We work closely with our clients and typically interact with the following areas: market research, product development, business development, and technology/eCommerce. Our research is rooted in becoming the customer. We have accounts at all major financial firms in order to experience and test the customer experience first hand. Our analyses enable our clients to strengthen existing products and services, stimulate ideas for new offerings and get a detailed look at what their competitors are doing. In addition to our syndicated research subscriptions, we also offer consulting services. We work with clients on a variety of issues that typically focus on best practices, benchmarking, and competitor profiling.
